It's little things like that - that makes one feel very good about life and people in general.

This Saturday, and nationwide I think, is the annual Post Office Carriers food drive. We leave can goods for the needy at our mail box and they pick them up and deliver to the local food bank(s).
What they often collect in one day - poundwise - is sometimes almost unbelievable.

EVERYBODY -- Keep up the good work!
(And pray for lower gas prices too)

I didn't know about that action; it sounds like a great community of strengths for a good cause. Doing your bit does make you feel good, too, an added bonus.
On the down side, I don't think gas is going to get lower any time soon (they're too busy making records profits out there.)
