Wow-congratulations!
I've just finished my first year in our first house. It's a thrill, so of course we've ripped out the kitchen and bath.
Always make sure you've got a working sink!

Whoowhooo. Home at last. Wouldn't be home without work. Did Fridman carry you over the threshold :)? I am sooooo happy for you. The kids can run and explore. Gas is below 1.79 but Bob hasn't made any effort to fix trailer-its work after all. I was getting worried when you hadn't posted but I was hoping that you were on your way home sweet home. I have a smile on my face celebrating your new home from afar. Love and Hugs Beverly/Bob

Yes, it's so good to be "home" at last. Hoping not to have to rip the sinks (I'm all for recycling of course so if it works don't fix it is the motto) but we still don't have water as all the plumbing needs to be redone. No electricity either, for the same reason... Thank heavens for that sturdy trailer!
