Hi Valerie, How is everyone? California is afire. Be glad you aren't here now. The air in the Bay area is discolored from the fires,smells and burns the eyes. The news reports the sunsets are beautiful because of the smokey haze. I'll take dull sunsets. They say over 800 fires are burning in California. Boo to the woman who was uncooperative and rude but here she might have shot a gun. Oakland had 8 murders last weekend. BOb and I went to Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland park last Saturday. IT was their 125th anniversary and it was FREE. THere was even food. At 10 miles to the gallon there was a cost. Sunday we went to garage sales and the movies. Must be time to buy a newer used car so we can get 15 miles per gallon. And finally the transmission on Buick is not working properly. As you can tell these are glum times. But the kitties are fat and sassy and still nursing. I try and pet them when they eat so they associate stroking pleasure with food but I try not to discourage them as the Mom leaves if I get too close. Thanks for the blog and photos.
