Renato's accident.

One of these scattered milestones of the circus road, the McDonald's across the street and we all went there last year too, Josie and her train of kids, the Mosses, the Lunas with Yolanda and Little Miss Princess Dayesca, Renato and Eric and the place was just humming.
The space in front of the Poemas trailer, behind ours, was humming last night with meat cooking over the fire and people enjoying an impromptu get-together, talking circus.
There was talk about Renato, who two days ago fell in the wheel of destiny act with his family and broke his ankle on one side and his toes and heel on the other.
It is hard to summon the accident; he is the family's star, and he must be in such pain.
